The front office staff provided excellent support. Ramesh, alisha, maham, bilal, and sana were very helpful. the staff was always smiling and keen to assist and i found them very cute. the facilities in the room were complete.

additionally a strong smell of cigarette smoke permeated the bedroom. it was very unpleasant.

The 15th floor buffet offered good options at an affordable price. I found a wide choice at breakfast. i enjoyed the selection of items available and the staff were very pleasant and helpful during meal times.

the area felt safe and the location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the hotel is near the corniche seafront and the view from my room was excellent. it required short taxi rides to reach the beach.

The room size was generous. The bed offered really good comfort. Its location near the long promenade was good. The restaurant situated on the top floor proved a worthwhile experience, and it offered good value. The taxi service available outside the hotel was helpful.

The breakfast options did not entirely meet my expectations. The flavors of the dishes were not appealing to my palate.

the location is really good. alisha and abin upgraded my room. i had a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette and washing machine. the room was spacious and clean.

i found a couple of things i did not like. i did not know that there are two bars inside. the hotel is giving them space on the second and fifteenth floors and i could not sleep. the loud music from the bar made sleeping difficult.
